Bob became bedridden. One morning as I sang and played for him in his room, he blurted out, "When you give me music, I don't feel my pain." Our eyes met. I could hardly continue singing, but I caught my breath and tried not to interrupt the music.

I think there are alot of veterans who have seen and been through alot. I don't think we do enough for them. I think it is fabulous what you do through your music. Music is healing, and I don't think most people know that it is. Take care Robin. Happy 4th weekend. Best, Susie

I really enjoy and appreciate reading these weekly installments, Robin. Yes, your music IS ministry. It is a gift; it is a calling. Blessings as you heal from your own injury, and prepare to re-enter this important work.
